So it took FOREVER to get my food today. But I'm giving them 5 stars, because the reason they were slow is because they were absolutely slammed! The power went out in town, and every other food joint was closed! So yeah, 5 stars for not cracking under pressure!

Wendy's is really the best fast food we have here. They've been courteous, yet a little slow however, they cook the food per order, which takes time!

It's Wendy's. So better food than McDonald's or Burger King. Some great salad and healthier options too. Food is reasonable and service is generally quick. Be careful though, a couple times I haven't gotten what I ordered and had to go back. Personal favorite is harvest salad and a peach lemonade!

Don't expect your fries to be fresh - AT ALL. Half the time they are barely warm. I have gone here a lot because I like the sandwiches but I'm fed up of cold fries that have been sitting around for who knows how long. Will be looking elsewhere.

Love Wendy's salad options, and that you can do a half or full portion. I had the Southwest Avacado chicken salad. Very tasty. My grandson had the Bacon Jalpeno triple cheeseburger meal. Finally filled him up in one meal. He said it was great. Friendly staff via the drive-thru. Got a solid meal for 5 people for $30. Great value.

I rarely go to Wendy’s and after my recent visit I remembered why. The French fries and burger were cold....made fresh? Not my order. It’s a shame, I think when served hot Wendy’s makes the best fast food burger. Hopefully I will remember NOT to go here again.

I have never ever received a wrong order at this Wendy's. I'm allergic to dairy and frequently have to bring items ordered without cheese back up to the counter at Taco Bell, McDonald's, or Burger King. Not so at this Wendy's! The staff are always friendly and management does whatever they can to please the customer. I highly recommend this restaurant. Their sweet tea is always DELICIOUS and they seem to clean their tea urns correctly because there is never any weird floating nonsense in it like there is with Arby's and Taco Bell. Basically, comparing this fast food restaurant to all the rest in town, this one is superior. 5 stars!

Drive thru attitude changed once he realized my voice was from a black person, went from Happy sounding to Uggg anything else voice🤣. I thought it was funny did not want to wait on us any more. Not good to upset people serving you food! 😉

We stopped because, why else, we needed a quick drink and something to eat. Good thing i had an apple in the car. I would have starved to death. It took 17 minutes to get to the speaker to order and then 14 mins from the time we paid until we got our food and of,course it wasn't right. Hope whoever got my Jr. Bacon cheesesburger enjoyed it.

Terrible experience today at Wendy's. Drive-thru cashier was not very friendly. When I went to eat my Avocado Chicken BLT, I noticed something didn't look right. On both sides stuck to the cheese were pieces of parchment paper. Not only is it completely unacceptable and careless, but it is also hazardous. I am lucky that I caught it before I ate anything. Everyone eat with caution!

Food was ok but this Indiana location needs to clean up it's act. Very dirty floors. Looked like no one swept floor all day. People are eating and paper and dirt everywhere. I go to Butler & Monroeville locations and they are clean

Food was fine... well the food I ended up with was fine. However, the woman at the counter was too busy forcing their VFW frosty cards on me to actually take my order. Then she didn’t pause for a second to let me see what she had entered before pressuring me to pay. First time I see my order is wrong is when I am picking it up. I don’t mind supporting causes but at least take a second to GET MY ORDER before pushing it on me. Lesson learned - be the rude customer and force them to go over your order in detail before paying.

Unfriendly, over multiple visits they won't allow me to buy options available at many other Wendy's, and I have had to go back up to counter for refill or something not stocked and they clearly pretend you don't exist. You are better off driving to Indiana Wendy's.
